- 48 hour notice required for canceling.

- For cancellations without a 48 hour notice or no shows to the scheduled appointment, a fee of $100 per procedure scheduled will be charged to the credit card used to hold the appointment time.

- Artistry Of Permanent Makeup has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. This is a standard policy Artistry Of Permanent Makeup has created as a courtesy to our other clients and staff. Thank you.
